According to this blog post by Atlanta real estate group Nest, there were seven home sales in Candler Park in August. The average days on the market was 60 days, but five of the seven sold in less than 27 days. The List to Sales Price ratio remained high, with homes selling on average at 96.6% of the listing price. Average list price was $450,414 and average sold price was $437,836.
