CP Race & Rolling Roadblocks & APD Control

It's race morning and I just had two different police officers try to refuse me car access to return to my home on Oakdale. I don't mind these races going through the neighborhood all year round, even though they can be inconvenient for us residents. But it's not okay to have them obstructive to the point that you have to argue to try to drive down your own street to return to your own home. I've never had an issue before this race with the police trying to prohibit all access to Oakdale, including residents', not even with the very large ING races in the spring.

I hope that this does not happen again. Whatever arrangements are being made for these races ~ residents should not be prohibited from leaving and returning to their own homes. Instructions should be made clear to the APD that residents are allowed to drive on their own streets.
