Carjacking at Edgewood Shopping Center -- second incident

From APD: ON JANUARY 20, 2013 AT 4:08 AM OFFICER P. WILLIAMS WAS DISPATCHED TO 1275 CAROLINE ST. TO INVESTIGATE A REPORTED CARJACKING.  UPON ARRIVIN AT THE TARGET SHOPPING CENTER, OFFICER WILLIAMS SPOKE WITH THE VICTIM WHO STATED THAT HIS CAR WAS STOLEN AT GUNPOINT BY A BLACK MALE WEARING A BLACK HAT AND WEARING A HOODIE. THE VICTIM STATED THAT HE HAD PULLED UP TO WORK AT THE TARGET SHOPPING CENTER AND AS HE WAS GETTING OUT OF HIS VEHICLE ( A 2000 MAROON SATURN LS BEARING GA. LICENSE PLATE PFG9420) AN UNKNOWN BLACK MALE ARMED WITH A SILVER REVOLVER HANDGUN APPROACHED HIM.  THE GUNMAN DEMANDED THAT HE GET OUT OF THE CAR AND TOLD HIM TO WALK OFF. THE VICTIM WALKED WITH HIS HANDS UP TOWARDS THE ENTRANCE OF THE TARGET. THE SUSPECT JUMPED INTO HIS VEHICLE AND DROVE OFF TOWARD MORELAND AVE.  THE VICTIM STATED THAT THERE WAS ANOTHER VEHICLE INVOLVED THAT WAS STANDING BY AS A LOOKOUT. HE DID NOT KNOW  THE MAKE AND MODEL OF THE 2ND VEHICLE AND DID NOT GET A LOOK AT THE DRIVER, BUT WAS POSITIVE THE VEHICLE WAS A BLACK FOUR DOOR S.U.V. HE  WAS NOT INJURED DURING THE INCIDENT.
