From Emily Pelton: At 9:30 am Friday, June 19 I found a lost black and tan dog at North Ave. and Euclid Ave. lying in the street. The dog is a healthy young dog. The dog's original owner had him "chipped," but upon contact said he no longer owns the dog. The dog is very friendly, but did not get along with mine, so he at DeKalb County Animal Control as of today. If he is your dog, please give me a call to let me know he made it safely home. Found Dog
Today a neighbor found a lost dog in front of Kashi (Nelms/McLendon). He is a rust brown mix (chow - dachshound - beagle?) and very sweet. He is wearing a southwestern style collar, has a 2009 Dekalb rabies tag, and is micro- chipped (unfortunately the owners did not register their contact info).
